India's First Feature Film - entirely shot on iPhone

Yeh Cine-Maa Hai, will be the first ever full fledged feature film that will be remembered down the years, to have been made entirely on an iPhone camera. This in fact, will be the first film in India. This unique concept of the feature film/webseries is been cinematographed (camera) and directed by Sundeep Malani.

Besides being shot on an iPhone, the film features 100 stars and that itself is a record as all the 100 stars are characters in the film. The film with a running time of 3.5 hours is another record. The film when screened at cinema halls, will go with two intervals. This being the only film after the Great Showman of Indian Cinema, Raj Kapoor had two intervals for his film Sangam and Mera Naam Joker.

Maa - Yeh Cinemaa Hai has 7 songs with music by Karthik Venkatesh, Ameya Nayak, Ishaan Arora, Prajoth Dsa and Nithin Acharya. Edited by Santosh Chawla. The other technical team includes Vignesh Sasi, Srinivas Srikanth, Jayant Aryan, Puneet being handling the post production departments in sound and dubbing.

Jointly produced by Ranjeet Jha, Edward Dsouza, Santosh Chawla and Sundeep Malani, the film is made under the banner of Malani Talkies, RKJ Productions and The Studio Agency.

The principal cast includes Meena Malani, Deepali Khambadkone, Sarojini Shetty, Sanjukta Ghosh, Shubha Raksha, Sharanya Kaur, Shona Chabbra,  Reshma Malani, Anitha Dulam, Varsha Acharya, Jagruti Mehta, Jyothi Harindranth, Ranjeet Jha, Bharath Laksmikanth, Mahendra Pandey, Vishal Digani, Akash Hora, Mahesh Dulam, Vivek Mishra, Vivek Punjabi, Anant Joshi, Silver Malani, Thirumalesh, Valerian Menezes, Ashwin Saraf and many others.

The film and webseries will be premiered on Mothers Day - May 13th eve in Mangalore and will be telecast on Daijiworld 24x7 on a weekly basis

Daijiworld 24x7 to telecast Malani’s ‘Maa – Yeh CineMaa Hai’

Sandeep Malani is ready with a new project in Hinglish titled ‘Maa – Yeh CineMaa Hai’. The serialized version of this 3 hours duration film will telecast in weekly episodes on Daijiworld 24x7.

The multi star cast film, has over 100 artists being newcomers and professionals from Mangaluru, Bengaluru, Mumbai and overseas. The family entertainer has local Konkani and Tulu artists besides many talented youngsters playing important roles.

The film series will have its first premiere on May 13th on the eve of Mothers Day on Daijiworld 24x7.

The film has been made under the banner of Malani Talkies, RKJ Productions and The Studio Agency. The film is shot with an iPhone camera.
